Risk and Opportunity Management Procedure

This procedure follows the requirements of ISO31000, and ISO certification standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 55001) in addressing risk and opportunity requirements for businesses.  It provides the appropriate guidance for any organisation to assess their risks and opportunities, and develop risk and opportunity registers, WHS registers and aspects/impacts registers, as well as use of other supporting risk documents such as:

• Take 5s
• Safe Work Method Statements
• Work Instructions
• Workplace Risk Assessments and Controls (for hazardous substances, plant/equipment, and work areas

The risk and opportunity matrices have detailed assessment criteria for consequences associated with WHS, environment and community, financial, management, legal and compliance, and brand and reputation.  Consistent criteria have also been provided for probability.
