Why should I purchase any of the documents?

These documents have been developed to assist organisations improve their internal processes and create good business practices. Many organisations, especially those starting out, have difficulty finding time to develop these documents, and may not have an understanding of some of these basic processes to assist and improve in business. Although the overarching system contains requirements from certification standards, these are just a minor input to the content. If you are looking at developing your system for certification these documents will assist, but that should not be your driving purpose.

How do I know if these documents will be right for my organisation?

The documents have been developed by our Principle who has more than 20 years of consulting experience, and has seen a large number of systems, processes and documents that do and don’t work. These documents have been developed with sufficient content to meet a vast majority of organisational needs, without being excessively onerous or complicated.

The procedures are based on a standard template which includes:

• Procedure (the process and requirements themselves)

• Appendices

The forms, registers and guides support the procedure.

What should we do once we have purchased any of the documents?

After you have downloaded the document, the first thing you need to do is read it and understand its purpose.  Then you can modify it to suit your needs. We have tried to develop the documents to meet the requirements of not only certification standards, but more importantly, sound business practices that provide a thorough and robust methodology. There is highlighted red text for terminologies that need to be checked and changed to suit your organisation, or requirements that may or may not apply. Items in parentheses need to be verified for relevance. We have also made it easy to do some global text changes at these points (find and replace).

I don’t see the document I need in the store; what can I do?

If you don’t see the document you want, you can complete the contact form below with the document(s) you need and we will get back to you with information on whether we can provide it and how long it might take. We are constantly updating the library so please keep in touch.

Why don’t I see many references to quality, safety or environment in the documents?

We have developed the documents focussing primarily on business principles rather than on standards or labels, and have, where possible, provided an integrated document that covers all requirements. The documents are inherently compliant to the certification standards and have been tested through several organisations’ certification audits. More importantly though, they have been tested as effective processes within a large range of businesses across several industries, and of different sizes.

When I look through the documents, I don’t see many references to the ISO standards. Why not?

Certification standards are just one obligation that an organisation may be required to comply to. We have seen too many organisations that focus primarily on the certification standards rather than good business practices. We have avoided the references to the standards to ensure standards and compliance to them does not become the focus in the document and for those implementing them.

What is the difference between a bundle and the procedures or other documents?

The bundle provides the procedure AND any supporting forms that will assist you in implementing the procedure, and have typically been referenced in the procedure. Purchasing the bundle is the cheaper way of getting the relevant documents for the topic.

How many times can I download the document?

After you purchase the documents you will be allowed to download the document twice. We recommend downloading it to a location that is automatically backed up.

What format are the documents in?

All documents have been created in Microsoft Office 2016.

What format are the flowcharts in within the documents?

The flowcharts have all been built in Microsoft Visio.

How has the cost of each document been calculated?

The price of each document is based on half the time it would typically take for a reasonably competent administrator ($40/hr) with knowledge of the topic to develop the document.  The cost also reflects the quality and depth of content that has been invested into each document.

What happens if I don’t understand some of the content?

You can get in contact with us using the form below or by phone and we will provide some guidance as to how best make the content applicable. In some cases, we have applied the maximum criteria possible and it can often be easy to simplify the content to suit your needs.

What happens if I don’t have the time or the resources to tailor the documents to my business?

We can provide a cost-effective solution to make the changes for you, and help you develop your management system. Please contact us to find out how.

I am having a problem downloading or opening the file; what should I do?

Please contact us promptly and we will check if there is a problem with the website or store. You should also contact your IT Department and ensure there are no firewall or other conditions that might be preventing your access.

Can I preview the document before purchasing?

Due to Copyright issues previewing documents isn’t available at this stage.  Feel free to call or use the form below to contact us if you would like guidance finding the right document for your organisation.  Some samples and examples have been provided to demonstrate quality.  The Table of Contents have been provided for all Management Plans, Manuals, Procedures, and Work Instructions to demonstrate size and content.

What should I do if I find that the content of a document is not suitable or insufficient?

We ask that you contact us promptly to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue.  The Table of Contents have been provided for all Management Plans, Manuals, Procedures, and Work Instructions to demonstrate size and content.

What happens if I have problems with the formatting of the document after I have purchased it?

Initially we ask that, if you have an IT Department, check with them to ensure there are no system or software constraints that may be affecting the document. If you don’t have an IT Department, or if they don’t identify any issues, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
