Permit to Work Bundle

The Permit to Work Bundle includes the:

• Permit to Work Procedure
• Permit to Work form

and provides a risk-based approach to managing high-risk work activities where a primary and subsidiary permits (hot work, work at heights, confined space, excavation, grid mesh removal) are required.  Lines of authority, and handover/closure of permits is clearly defined.  Aligns to the Isolation and Lock Out process.
