Introduction Letter RTW

This letter supports the Injury Management Procedure, and is included in the Rehabilitation Pack to be provided to the treating medical practitioner.  It is a letter to the medical practitioner from the Rehabilitation RTW Coordinator explaining the organisation’s rehabilitation and return to work policy requesting provision of information, and coordinated development of a Suitable Duties or Rehabilitation RTW Plan.
