This form supports the Purchasing – Tendering Procedure, and allows for the collation of business details and other information from a Tenderer to determine their suitability and capability to undertake the scope of work.  It collects information on their previous work history, HSEQ systems, insurances, and performance, and considers any sub-contracting arrangements.
