RACI and Authorisation Matrices

The spreadsheet contains two worksheets;

• RACI Matrix which maps key responsibilities (as prompts for you to finalise) against potential processes (a detailed list of prompts of typical requirements) with identified Responsibility, Accountability, Consulted and Informed
• Authority Matrix details key responsibilities with authority to approve financial and other decisions (with detailed prompts for typical requirements)

The matrices are typically used to replace complicated processes that explain responsibilities within the organisation.
