Health and Wellbeing Procedure

This Procedure covers the requirements associated with all aspects of health and wellbeing, including physical, emotional and mental health, and addresses:

• Undertaking Health Risk Assessments
• Conducting health surveillance of at-risk workers
• Undertaking pre-employment and exit medicals
• Ongoing Surveillance medicals
• Undertaking health monitoring of the workplace
• Promoting and providing healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programs
• Providing access to counselling and other services as required
