Critical Lift Plan

This lift plan supports the Lifting Operations Procedure and provides the necessary considerations for undertaking a critical/complex lift (requires two (2) or more cranes, load passes over operating facilitates, and may endanger personnel, load passes over or within 10m of power lines, or over water, involves the use of a work box / man cage, or at the maximum rated load capacity of the crane).

It documents the checks, lists the plant and equipment and their ratings, lift calculations, and input from authorised personnel. It allows for sketches of the equipment configuration, and plan showing crane placement and swing.  It provides final approval from authorised personnel.
