Consultative Committee Constitution

This document supports the Communication and Consultation Procedure, and provides a template for the organisation’s consultative committee constitution, required by legislation.  It identifies the committee structure and responsibilities, meeting and election (if relevant) requirements, functions of the committee, and applies an all-encompassing approach to consultation, not just limited to health and safety requirements.
