Quotation and Tender Risk Assessment

This spreadsheet supports the Quotation and Tendering Procedure and provides a very thorough risk analysis of the project being tendered considering different phases (mobilisation, management, cost, schedule, client, third party, technical, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, demobilisation) and their aligned activities.  For each activity, relevant issues are identified based on the understanding of the work and requirements, the risk to the business is assessed without a plan, and then with a plan to determine acceptability.   This allows for contingencies and assumptions in the submission, or a need for further clarification.
