Work Instruction Template

This template supports the Risk and Opportunity Management Procedure, and is used to document the routine tasks in the workplace, identifying the responsibilities of persons involved. It provides a simple structure mapping the process (using a process flow chart) to be described, stepping out the task with identification of hazards/risks and the controls to be applied.  Photographs can be added to demonstrate expected output, or what not to do.
