WHS Office and Site, Risk and Aspects Registers

This excel spreadsheet template contains three registers as individual worksheets:

• Office WHS risk register
• Site/Project WHS risk register
• Aspects and Impacts register (holistic)

The three registers are linked to the 5×5 risk matrix, where cells are populated from pull down lists for consequence and likelihood and automatic calculation of risk scores.  Many of the cells for hazards and aspects are populated with prompts for you to amend, determine risk scores, and control measures.  The registers are based on calculation of inherent (no controls) and residual risks (effective controls).
