Vehicle Prestart Inspection

This form supports the Driving and Journey Management procedure, and is used to inspect the operational requirements of vehicles to ensure they do not pose a hazard to the driver or other road users before they are used.  It is also used for verification by the driver that the inspection has been completed and the vehicle is safe to operate.
