This checklist supports the Purchasing and Contract Management Procedure, and is to be used prior to the onsite commencement of work by the contractor/supplier to ensure all necessary purchasing, quality, safety and environmental requirements have been met, and both parties acknowledge understanding and implementation of requirements.
