Request for Information (RFI) Form

This form supports the implementation of the RFI, Variation and EOT Work Instruction for lodgement of Requests for Information to the client or their representative.  The form, with the RFI Register allows for tracking of the status of RFIs, their approval, and consideration of other requirements such as extensions of time or variations.
