Chain of Responsibility Procedure

This procedure provides guidance as to how your organisation will manage their responsibilities regarding the National Heavy Vehicle Law requirements for Chain of Responsibility (CoR).   The procedure:

• describes minimum expectations for ensuring CoR requirements are identified, applied and systematically managed across your operations
• Details the key responsibilities for stakeholders in the supply chain relevant to these operations
• Provides guidance to your stakeholders in managing risks and preventing breaches during heavy vehicle operations.
